Hilmi Şimşek Studio is an authorised OCAD Centre and partner of OCAD / Art Coursework in Istanbul, Türkiye.

Founded and led by artist and educator Hilmi Şimşek, the studio supports students in drawing, painting, portfolio development, visual research, composition and creative thinking, with a focus on helping young artists develop their own visual language and prepare for international art and design pathways.

OCAD / Art Coursework Collaboration

As an OCAD Centre, Hilmi Şimşek Studio provides local mentoring, practical guidance, studio-based support and creative development for students in Türkiye who are interested in art, design and portfolio-based education.

The studio supports strong artistic foundations across drawing, painting, illustration, graphic design, animation and contemporary visual practice, while connecting students with international creative education opportunities through OCAD / Art Coursework.
